"The room was disgusting. It had used soap bars in the shower that also looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or wiped down in months. The room smelled so musty/moldy and everything felt damp. The floor had a soft spot on it near the a/c unit. We needed to switch to a different room which was not much better but at least looked clean(er) and like the bed had been made. It still smelled and we all woke up with sore throats and stuffy noses from the mold I assume. We would have left the hotel had it not been a very late check in and our young children were exhausted from a long car trip. Never again will I stay at a Wingate by Windham. The desk attendant was nice but he did not seem surprised at our concerns at all so the must get this a lot. Definitely avoid at all costs."

"I had no towels when I checked in my AC didn’t work. My bed was not properly made. I had no soap in the shower no hand soap no nothing. I am very dissatisfied with this stay. And the food was absolutely cold this morning."

"No front desk person and requiring check-in through a kiosk with poor speakers and foreigners that switched out three times because of poor communication, made it difficult. The room smelled heavily of smoke, and the linens were dirty."

"The staff was great, the room needed some basic that seemed strange to leave out. There are no towel hooks or soap trays in the bathroom. (And the hot tub was dead 😢) The breakfast is really nice. Better than most of the typical hotels. The staff was constantly above and beyond. Friendly and accommodating. All in all, we would stay here again. - Butterfly and the Bear"

"Hotel has close proximity with major restaurants and attractions. Made getting ground super easy and comfortable. The room was generally clean and stocked with the most important items anyone could ever need on regular basis. The breakfast menu was fresh and really tasty. And the staff were exquisitely friendly and polite. Dina at the breakfast kitchen was extremely sweet, attentive and overly thoughtful. She will endeavor to make something fresh for you in case you get to breakfast and some items have run out. I absolutely enjoyed my stay. Budget friendly hotel with great hospitality. "

"Well, first of all the woman at the front desk was not very friendly and not very informative about places to eat. The hallways were dirty. The room was dirty. The toilet didn’t work. It was extremely loud in our room. We heard everyone else I could hear TVs from other rooms people walking by all through the night. The walls were paper thin also the breakfast was horrible just bagels, hard-boiled eggs, and coffee. Do not go there."
