"We booked this spacious beach house to celebrate my mom’s 75th birthday, and it was perfect for our family of 23! The home was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out for large groups.The 2nd floor features a king bedroom with a bathroom, a queen bunk room with a nearby bathroom, a full kitchen, dining and living areas, washer/dryer, cozy sitting nook, and a beach-facing patio ideal for sunrise coffee.3rd floor, there are 3 king bedrooms (each with a futon and private bath) and 3 queen rooms with 3 twin bunks and private baths. All rooms have TVs, and the king rooms open to a balcony with stunning beach views.Extras include ample parking, a charcoal grill, reliable Wi-Fi, and comfy beds. Décor is simple and tasteful.Recommend you bring extra toilet paper, dish soap, hand towels, and washcloths if staying more than two nights, starter supplies are provided. Note: the home isn’t ADA accessible and has stairs to enter and reach the 3rd floor.Located in a peaceful area with a nearby convenience store and Walmart 15–20 minutes away. Andrew, our host, was responsive and made check-in a breeze (thank you)!We’d absolutely return for future gatherings. Highly recommend for large groups seeking a scenic, relaxing beach getaway!"

"The house was huge! Bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms everywhere. That was a huge plus. The theater room, arcade room and indoor playground/ship were amazing for the kids. The back porch looking at the beach was perfect. The private boardwalk to the water couldn't be beat! We had a group of almost 20 (adults and children) and everyone was very comfortable. A few things that might help with planning: while the fridge looks big, we were glad we had a cooler for drinks because it didn't hold as much as you might think. One out of the two dishwashers was not working, but since there was one in working order it was okay! Bring paper plates/bowls/cups and plasticware (forks, spoons, knives). There was not enough actual dinnerware for our big group so we were glad we brought paper products. We found lots of towels in the dryer so check there if you think you don't have enough! The address wasn't correct on Google Maps (Google apparently is not yet updated) so be sure to talk with the property owners/managers before arrival so you know where you're going. It was just down the road from where Google tried to take us. Very simple to find! Overall we had a great time! The house was perfect for our large group and everything went smoothly! "

"Clean and tidy on arrival, easy check in. Lovely porch, easy to secure for dogs, so close to beach access. "

"lovely and very quiet. So restful and relaxing. Some minor things I think you might want to be aware of. The floor in both bathrooms are lifting up, (maybe due to water?), the bathtub fixtures in both bathrooms need replacing, hard to take a shower, ants were noted in the silverware drawer, and loose boards on the steps up and handrails. Would rent again. Thank you."
