Experience the pinnacle of coastal luxury in this top-floor, three-bedroom, three-bath penthouse suite over looking the ocean. Positioned within an exclusive, gated community on Folly Beach, you get two community pools and direct access to the beach.

As you first walk into the villa you are greeted with breathtaking views of the ocean. You will find the first of three bedrooms which has a queen bed and large private bathroom with shower.

Across from this room is what we call our `spa room` which has a large luxurious soaking tub, professional hair washing station, large closet space and table. This room is the perfect getting ready room for a wedding party or girls weekend getaway.

Further down the hall you will find the full sized washer and dryer along with The sleek galley kitchen which serves as the heart of the home, flowing seamlessly into a combined living and dining area that opens to a spacious terrace—designed for savoring ocean vistas and tranquil breezes.

Off of the living room you will find the second bedroom, with a king bed, walk in closet and private bathroom. this room has stunning ocean front views and direct access to the patio.

Finally, Retreat to your luxurious primary suite, with large king bed and plush linens, private bathroom with steam shower and stunning oceanfront views from the sun terrace.

With elevator access, covered and off-street parking, and access to two oceanfront pools, this residence embodies the coastal lifestyle for anyone looking for the perfect family getaway or long weekend with friends.

Our stay was excellant! The ocean view was outstanding and the property was clean and beautifully decorated. One in our party needed special assistance and the property accomodated her needs with a easy access shower with a bench seat. The steam shower was also a big hit for her spouse.
