It was walking distance from many restaurants and bars in the area. There was plenty of room in the condo for all seven of us and had some extras that many properties do not (spices, cooking spray, lots of pots and pans, extra trash bags, cleaning supplies, etc.) With the number of people, an extra fob would have been helpful but we managed. Check in and check out was easy. That being said we had an AC failure on day 2 that resulted in my family and I being moved a couple buildings down the road to a comparable property. This was going on during a pretty heavy rain storm. The staff at Luxury Retreats did a nice job of getting us relocated once we realized the AC was not getting repaired in a timely manner. Once we moved down the street everything went well. Everything was basically clean, however, a good dusting of lamps, shelves and baseboards and window treatments, could push it over the top. The only other picky complaint I could think of is at least 2 more pool fobs. Everything is top quality. Closest elevator was not working. Only working elevator was on other side of complex. It’s was a long walk for our physically impaired guest. We call it a discovery trip and look forward to visiting again. Very spacious! We found a hidden extra twin bedroom we weren't even told about. What a plus!!! We were pleasantly surprised with some extra condiments left in the kitchen + coffee, and a wonderful gift of an amazing jelly! Most everything is walking distance! Ritas had the earliest entertainment. Most other places started at 9\. We are all 50+ and it was the perfect pick! The property managers were easy to contact and we used the concierge to purchase our groceries. There were so many extras that we didn’t expect. Plenty of room for all 10 of us. Staff was so helpful and on the ball if we needed anything. Beautiful views. The ocean was right there. So many restaraunts and shops within walking distance. Would highly recommend for a place to stay. No one wanted to leave. It had the perfect amount of beds for my family. The house overlooking the beach and the new pier was so lovely. We definitely will stay here again. The management company was great, helping with some issues (all mine) so quickly. The beds >Perfect the bathrooms >Perfect. I cannot think of one thing that this place would need to add. They even have a separate Ice maker and wine fridge. We had a lovely stay; it was a little cold, but we managed to bundle up and go to the beach. (Try to look for shark teeth). Also, you can see the sunset from the pier.
