"Great communication. Clean home. Upon entering, two large and overflowing trash cans were blocking the entrance. Moved them to the side so we could pass. The morning of our check out, a critter had gotten to the trash cans and my sons and myself had to pick up the bulky items. Check out was at 10am and as we were loading, this man was trimming the grass on the property shooting the pebbles and grass towards our vehicles. I asked him if he could wait a bit for us to leave before we continued. He looked at me, stopped for a moment and continued "

"Host: Lucius was quick to respond to any of my queries before, during, and after our stay. From my experience, he was very kind and willing to help with anything we needed. Location: The house is in an amazing location in the beautiful Sienna Plantation master planned community in Missoury City, TX. Since this is in the SW part of the greater Houston area, it is easy to access Pearland, Sugar Land, Downtown Houston, Richmond, and even Galveston (about an 45 min to 1 hr drive).The House: This is where I took 1 star off of my review. Don't get me wrong, the house itself is beautiful. Unfortunately, like other reviewers mentioned for this property, it didn't have enough sitting area for the number of people it can sleep. The formal dining and formal living room area did not have any furniture and the only eating area is the 4 seated counter height breakfast table. So at meals, 2 of us would have to stand or sit in the living room. Also, the electric sockets one side of the kitchen didn't have power which probably also affected the power recliner which was plugged into that same wall. Lucius was apologetic when I told him and about it and was willing to send an electrician out the following day. However, we just decided to work around it instead of having to wait for someone to come out. The kitchen could also use more cooking appliances as well as cooking utensils. But I'm certain that will be rectified in the future."

"Our family vacation in Houston was genuinely fantastic. The house was beautiful, with a lovely backyard and a swimming pool, which made our time together even more enjoyable. They thoughtfully provided extra towels and various household items, adding comfort. The furniture was in excellent condition, making it a welcoming space for us to relax. We had an incredible time and created many cherished memories together."

"We stayed at this unique container/loft-style condo for two nights to celebrate my husband’s birthday. While we appreciated the effort put into the design and the overall cleanliness of the space, we did encounter a few issues that made our stay less comfortable than expected.The listing states it accommodates 15 and sleeps 11, but in reality, the space felt much smaller and would more comfortably sleep 4–6 people. The photos made the space appear larger, so we were a bit surprised upon arrival. The electric stove was quite difficult to operate—it kept showing an error and wouldn’t heat up, so we ended up relying on the microwave and grill (note: you’ll need to bring your own charcoal). This was challenging since we were planning a buffet-style meal.The loft’s steep stairs might be tricky for some guests, though thankfully we had no accidents. Noise was also a factor—being a container home, the rain on the roof was quite loud, and the upstairs loft footsteps were very noticeable from below.We also heard frequent loud noises, including what sounded like gunshots on both nights, which made us feel uneasy. This may not be the best fit for guests unfamiliar with the area or looking for a more peaceful setting.The home was clean and had thoughtful touches like games, but overall, it didn’t meet our expectations in terms of space and comfort. It may work well for a smaller group, but I’d recommend researching the location and setup carefully before booking."

"Amazing stay and host communicated well"

"My husband and 3 adult kids including my SIN and 2 grand babies stayed her since it was close to our family and we came for a wedding. It was a spacious home and quiet neighborhood. All appliances were in good working condition. A lot of little issues like the huge anthill in the backyard so my grand daughter couldn’t play in the yard. There is a missing half door to the closet in the master bedroom, the closet door do not close in one of the rooms since the bed was in the way, there were wall damages in some areas. Also didn’t get the check in info until the morning of our arrival. I was getting worried since we were on the plan ride to TX and no check-in instructions. Expedia also does not have the correct phone number of the property owner/manager. Our stay at the place was quite pleasant and it served the purpose of our visit so overall I’m still happy with our stay. "

"The property was spacious and the A/C worked great. It is an older home and could use some updating, especially the pool and fence. The rooms should all have a TV and a mirror. The host was very responsive to our needs. Overall we enjoyed our stay. "
