I expected based on the description that there was a breakfast-not. Apparently because is attached to adjacent Denny’s restaurant.
One of the 2 wall conditioning units would not even turn on-this is the middle of heat season.
The shuttle from the airport was confusing and I received no immediate response from the hotel. Apparently, the Information booth at the airport has some secret/direct connection that didn’t work for me.
My daughter flew from London UK with her infant son and connected in Ottawa for flight to Winnipeg. The shuttle driver was very pleasant but she literally could have dropped us off at our airport hotel in 5 minutes rather than driving way out of our way and then having to double back so she could drop off a couple of pilots for a regional airline. So, in total this would have wasted a good hour of our time for the 4 of us but especially the mother and infant who had travelled from the UK the same day
