“The staff at Zermatt are wonderful and friendly. The unit I rented needs refreshing and had a number of inconvenient issues that could be easily remedied by the host. For one, bedspreads, fitted sheets (queen beds with flat king sheets), and blankets (a thin blanket provided) would be welcome. Only one of the two burner stove-top worked. The unit looked out on a parking lot and big light and the curtains did not extend below the window sill and the light shined in the room at all hours. The……

“Had a great stay! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, the amenities were exactly what I needed, and everything was in great working order. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making check-in and check-out quick and easy. Overall, it was a relaxing experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!”

“There was a broken light switch in the bathroom. My wife received an actual shock when she turned on the light. Parking was listed at $35.00 per night, but I was charged $50.00 per night! We couldn't use the stove top without the smoke alarm going off, even with the outside doors open and the stove fan-vent on high. The coffee was undrinkable.”

“Walking distance to restaurants. Very basic amenities but no where to hang any clothes if needed. We were attending a wedding and had to go purchase our own hangers and use the coat rack to hang our clothes up. Also, hot water takes about ten minutes or more to work for showers and the bed sheets had to be changed as they smelt very sweaty and dirty when we arrived. ”

“I liked this room, though I had specifically booked room 302 with a hill view and first ended up in a room with a parking lot view. I did get switched to the correct room eventually but not sure why the property didn’t know what room I booked until I showed them. It mattered to me. Rooms 302 and 304 have south (hill views) and 302 also has a view east, though the dumpster on that side gets used noisily in the early morning or late at night. The courtyard outside seems to be a gathering place……

I was told there were parking passes in the room but never found any and didn’t hear anything from the host when I inquired. Fortunately we didn’t get a ticket or fine, but we did get a warning letter on our car.The pool and hot tub area were extremely dark and covered so we decided not to use them.Host never responded to most……
