This 2 level room was as pictured, clean and comfortable beds. You just push a button outside to get in and they were there to do that and a person was there to check us out. There was no AC but the window opened to the street and there were no bugs. However, this is not the properties fault but it was a busy night with lots of city noises with police, people yelling about, etc so it is a noisy area with the window open. But close to everything, right off the river Main, spacious, clean and comfortable and a good value for the price.

We really liked our "duplex" room for 4 adults at this downtown Frankfurt Trip Inn property on the river and a 15-minute walk to Roemerberg and the Altstadt. The small square-footage was made up for by the lofted 2nd bedroom (with its own TV) and wonderful, tiny balcony that overlooked the river. Although it got warm in the room as it was summertime and we found no way to control the room's temperature, we did have 2 fans in the room (but 1 not working). Be sure to arrive during the hours when the small front desk area is staffed, otherwise you need to make arrangements in advance as far as how to pick up your room key. There was quite a bit of street noise--and we needed the windows open--particularly police and ambulance sirens. Drop off by taxi/Uber or rental car is made challenging due to the bike lane out front and the bikers come racing around the corner! Do not expect breakfast, concierge service, or 24-hour security presence as this is a limited service hotel, but the price, location, and condition of the rooms makes it well worth it.

This hotel sits alongside the Main River with all rooms overlooking the River, bridges, and river walk parks. It’s a walkable location to explore the city, and three blocks from the subway stop. I would stay here again!

I booked this hotel due to it’s location, close to town and station and also avenue for a music gig we were going to. The reception is very small so was a bit busy with us, our luggage and other hotel residents trying to get by. The room was clean, modern and serviceable. It suited our needs. These rooms do have a small kitchenette and as there is no bar facilities to get drinks downstairs it’s worth buying stuff from the Lidl opposite and popping it in the fridge.

This was the best Hotel that i stayed in all of Germany. It’s small but compact and has everything you need. The balcony with the view of the river is wonderful.. see people jogging, paddling, walking their dogs. It’s newly renovated so everything is top notch modern and spotless! The reception is very welcoming and helpful. I’m Vegan, so I found some nice places to eat nearby and a great discount grocery store directly across the street. I had a wonderful night for just staying to catch a flight the next morning from Frankfurt airport. You can catch the S8 or S9 which goes directly to the airport terminal. The station is only a 4-5 min walk from the hotel.
