Arrived at Hotel early evening as was informed that the Hotel Restaurant was fully booked so we had to go to an Italian around the corner, how can a hotel be fully booked, is it unable to cater for its capacity of people staying? Ruined the whole stay.

The bar service was extraordinarily slow. There did not seem to be enough staff to meet customer demand - this may have been due to increased patronage as a result of the annual Night of the Museums event. We have stayed at this hotel several times. Always a good experience. Breakfast is very good. The Bed was fantastic; so comfortable. Our room was very quiet and it was very easy to adjust the thermostat. The check-in process is always easy and fast.
