“Great stay and place. Will be coming back when in Winter Park.”

“House is nice proximity to Fraser & Winter Park. Easily accessible. We had 3 couples & 2 singles. Property manager is easy to reach with any questions or concerns. Host was easy to communicate with. The only negative is we could not get the heat adjusted properly to a comfortable temperature. We found it to be too hot or too cold . I’m sure it was just our inability to adjust the nest thermostats. All in all it accommodated our needs !”

“This has is set up perfectly for group activities and alone time. We enjoyed playing games in the big family room and game room. The hot tub was so nice after skiing all day. Everything you need to cook plus some is available. Such a great place”

“The property is beautiful and in an overall wonderful location except the trains at night. Nothing to be done about them but it did wake the kids up at 2 and 4 in the morning both nights we were there. Otherwise lovely kitchen, fantastic hot tub, gorgeous property overall!”

“Just a weekend trip for a soccer game. Aspens were bright yellow around the house. Hot Tub was perfect temp. and very clean. Loved the deck. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds very comfortable. Teens loved their ‘private wing’ well away from the other bedrooms!”

“Rooms are all great sizes and big living room area with a big TV making things super easy for family with kids. The entry way has a great mud room area which makes it super easy to keep the snow from getting in. We had a great time stay here and would definitely consider staying again.”

“This property is very well maintained and stocked. The kitchen had all of the pots, pans, and appliances one would need. The house is well decorated and very comfortable. The views from the upstairs living/dining room were wonderful. This was a great place to stay while visiting the area and would recommend it to anyone.”

“Overall all the experience was a good one. The home was as described, great location. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is the refrigerator doesn’t seem to get very cold, and when using the dryer to had to run it twice to dry clothes.”

“Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. We had 8 adults (4 couples) and there was plenty of room for us to spread out and have our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The house was very clean and the hot tub was also clean and in great working condition. Even with all of us showering each morning, we never ran out of hot water. We did have a couple of small maintenance issues with a light and a window shade that we reported and they were fixed promptly for us. The kitchen had enough silverware……

“Tucked away in a neighborhood in Fraser, thisnwas the perfect cabin for our group. Lots of fun amenities, kitchen stocked with equipment, and we found the beds to be overall very comfy. Not far from WP resort and the winter parknescapes company was readily available for the few questions we had.”

“Our family of four enjoyed staying at this property over spring break. It was clean and a nice amount of space for two adults and two children. We particularly liked the location, which was both a close drive to winter park resort for skiing and within a short walk to the Frazier river trail for snowshoeing. The bus stop for the shuttle to winter park is also very close. Thank you!”
