"The hotel manager was very accommodating. This was just an overnight stay. My only negative comment is that because of the situation of the hotel on a curving road with no sidewalk it wasn’t safe to attempt to walk anywhere."

"Our room was in the annex of this hotel which is located on the 5th floor of a charming apartment building. After checking in, we located our room which is reached via some stairs, OR as we discovered on our last day, a lift! Breakfast is good but the breakfast area is very small and does get crowded at times.
Our room was lovely, with a good rainforest shower, cleaned to a high standard every day.

"Great place with included parking, which is a big deal if you have a car, away from the chaos of the city. Friendly staff a decent breakfast options "
"We had a lovely experience from start to finish in such a beautiful area of Naples. Great location, gorgeous building and setting.
So grateful to the staff for all that they did to make our stay a memorable one. "

"Just to be clear, this is a regular flat within a residential compound divided into 5 seperate rooms sharing a kitchen. It's below ground level with limited sunlight. If you can get past that, it's quite convenient only a short walk from Materdei station and Via Toledo so can't complain much about negatives. Still a bit pricey for what it offers.
The owner Luca is quite helpful and suggested excellent osterias in the area "
"Super close to Salvator Rosa tube station which can take you all over Naples. Loads of restaurants and cafes nearby so you can get breakfast in the mornings. Rooms are SPOTLESS and super modern. Communication from staff was amazing and everything was clear. I was also able to leave my rucksack as my flight was late at night. I will be returning! Grazie!"

"Terrible building, a lot of moo in the room, a lot of hair in the room, you can hear the tv of the other room and conversations, the hot water can’t be graduated, the ir conditioner is lid and lid, the cooler doesn’t work "

UNA Hotels Napoli
10/10 Excellent
"- Staff excellent, attentive, and welcoming
- Room and hotel very clean, albeit some small inconveniences (i.e. bath plug was not lifting, glazed bathroom door not very private or soundproof and without a functioning lock)
- Roof terrace is pleasant with a good atmosphere
- Breakfast was delicious and varied
- Easy access to main train station/hub, though area around the hotel is dirty, noisy, and often with shady-looking characters
- Short walk to historical center of Naples and many decent pizzerias
Overall, would recommend for the convenience and quality of the hotel."
"We had an upgrade. Big room for two people. The room had the balcony with bottle of beer that seems like an ashtray. Inside the room was clean and had a free bottles of water. Staff were so kind and helpful."
"The location is perfect!
My only gripe was that only paper cups were provided in the rooms to make tea/coffees. Somewhat cheapened the otherwise excellent experience "
"Convinient location near Napoli Centrale (approx 5 min walking). Police near by. Of note did have cellphone almost stolen. I will admit i was 4 min away from hotel andate at night. In general would recommend being vigilant in Naples. Otherwise hotel waa located in a good location. Also I did attempt to add a 3rd person to my reservation last minute. Was told no via message however, fortunately family member living in Italy was able to contact hotel amd facilitate process and get extra bed in bedroom. We mightve not been lucky if it had not been for my family member. Breakfast was great with many options"
"We used this as a quick weekend away to visit Rome and Naples and so didn't use all the facilities. The hotel was good. We did not expect it to be so far out and taxis were expensive. So don't use this hotel if you want to be near the city centre. The bed was very hard but the room was clean and it was cleaned whilst we were out which was nice to come back to. The pool and facilities did look well kept though. My wife has a nut allergy and so breakfast was a bit limiting as most options contained nuts or looked like they probably would do. "
