Staff were very friendly, the restaurant had good food. Our bathrooms had clean towels daily but never once cleaned. The floors, sink etc untouched. Our beds were made every other day just cups replenished. It’s a real shame because we travel with our ski team every year and it’s the closest hotel to the hill. We thought it was only our room until everyone was talking about how terrible housekeeping was. One person complained and a note was written but nothing was done about it. The shower in the room was very small and there was a strange noise coming from the pipes in the wall every time you use the tap. We've stayed at a few places in the past 6 months and this was the worse when it comes to wifi. Everyday was a struggle. When we wanted to do our laundry, there was no dryer. Our stay was amazing!! The accommodations were absolutely beautiful, the food in the restaurant was delicious, the staff was extremely helpful, and the rates were very affordable!
