La maison possède une terrasse supérieure extraordinaire pour la vue (mer) et est tres grande! La communication avec Élise ( la propriétaire) est excellente et nous avons été très bien accueilli par son ami de confiance Philippe-José ! "

"Séjour dans résidence calme et agréable, maison proche piscine avec jardin Peut être un peu juste pour 8 personnes, ça passe avec des enfants mais il ne faut pas être 8 adultes."

"Great spot but the accommodation was not very clean and the fittings need updating. For example the pillows were lumpy and smelled, the bed was worn, the sofa was uncomfortable, the chairs were worn, and some of the cupboards and drawers were filled with a jumble of stuff. We were also charged 100€ to have our dog with us. We stayed for four nights. That's 25€ a night. We have stayed in many properties with her and have never been charged that much, even in a five star hotel where they provided...

"Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl in dem wunderbaren Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir sind sehr freundlich von den Besitzern empfangen worden und die Übergebe Lief (auf französisch und Englisch) herzlich und reibungslos. Das Haus war für uns (2 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) perfekt. Platz wäre sogar für 6 Personen. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Garten ist eingezäunt, was unseren Hund sehr gefreut hat. Zum Strand hat es ca. 20 Minuten gedauert. Können das Haus mit Pool nur empfehlen. "

Nous étions deux familles avec 4 ados, et nous avons pu profiter de son emplacement idéal à proximité du centre et de la plage de Saint Jean de Luz (15 minutes à pieds sans forcer). La proximité avec le pôle jeunesse n’est pas un problème, notez quand même que la maison est mitoyenne d’un côté avec une isolation vraisemblablement un peu faible. Les voisins sont très discrets mais côté vacanciers, il ne faut...

"Great for an overnight stay for early morning flight. Comfortable bed. Bath tub was a bonus. Dinner, although only cold dishes, was tasty."

"Charming hotel in a lovely area. There was so much to do within a 3-10 minute walk of the hotel. Shops, restaurants, fresh food market, beach, etc. The room was very comfortable for 3 people. The bathroom was quite large with a nice shower. AC was a bonus, as was the mini fridge. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful in multiple languages. If you have mobility issues, know that you cannot drive up to the entrance. And the elevator is really tiny so we mostly used stairs. Parking is about a 4 minute walk with lots of stairs, and getting to the parking garage is a bit of an adventure. (Many streets in Biarritz are pedestrian only,) it’s also paid parking, with was rather expensive. If you can avoid a car in Biarritz, I would. It’s a very walkable place. "
