“总体来说酒店非常漂亮，地理位置也很好。唯一缺陷是我入住的小套房，卫生间没有浴缸，也没有独立的冲淋空间，马桶和冲淋空间和唯一一个洗漱台盆是在一个4平米不到的小房间内，每次冲淋完，整个卫生间的所以地方都是湿的，包括马桶。第一次看到如此奇怪的卫生间，感觉是装修到中途还没继续下去的。酒店一楼海边餐厅做的没那么好吃，甜品还不错。总体来说性价比不高，1600欧元一晚上，卫生间装修的有点简陋了。期待改善”

“We are lucky to be upgraded to a very big and comfortable room with beautiful sea view! There are different functional rooms we can visit. They are so great! However, the breakfast has little choice with only bread,cold cut food and fruit. It's better to have some hot food like eggs, sausages.”

“The room was spotless and perfect for sour overnight stay. But the staff were exceptionally friendly especially Matthew, we had, had a very long day driving because of the weather and to be greeted with warmth and a smile was a delight. Thank you ”

“sur les photos du site ,tout va bien ..... a l'arrivé c'est diffèrent chambre moyennement propre(suite surement a des travaux récents) très forte odeur de peinture (obligé de laisser la fenêtre ouverte toute la journée) pas de personnel après 19h00 ,bien sur on peut appeler un numéro ....Chambres avec une literie correcte ,pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain ,pas de vmc dans les chambres (condensation sur les vitres le lendemain )insonorisation inexistante (tout s'entend ..LES PORTES QUI……

“The only reason I stayed was because I had a 6:45am flight to catch and the hotel is a 5 minute walk to Biarritz airport. It is a motel next to the highway and their electronics door keys did not work for me and another customer who checked in. Minimal amenities and a bit noisy as next to the highway. Room is small and bed not too comfortable. Asked for 5am morning call they said ok but ended up no one called. The only thing I like was the dinner at their restaurant which was surprisingly……
