Stuff were very nice and friendly. Offered fresh baked cookies. Breakfast egg and sausage were cold but self serving waffle machine was good. Just aware restaurants in Visalia close early so not too many place to eat dinner after came back from sequoia.

Room reserved is listed as ADA accessible. Not much in the bathroom met ADA requirements. Almost impossible for wheelchair user to enter the bathroom. One of the main lamps had no bulb. Staff said he would return with one. He never came back. Breakfast options just ok.

Super friendly staff

Hotel was nice and breakfast decent. We stayed here because the indoor pool for kids. Quiet location and safe. The front desk staff and maids are hands down the friendliest team of folks and very accommodating. We stayed here a couple of nights and made a trip to the sequoia redwoods. Very happy with our stay!

The property is in a great location, very central to lots of food, shopping and activities. I was there for a graduation so i didn't spend a ton of time in my room but when I did it was a wonderful reprieve from the heat and hustle and bustle. The breakfast was really good with lots of options. The only small issues I had were with the shower and the provided soaps and such, I had to pack light and was counting on the stuff in the room; the pumps on the products just didn't work, but no big deal i was able to stop by the store and grab some travel stuff. The premium parking filled up fast but that is to be expected but there was still ample parking around back, but since I was solo traveling it would have felt safer to get to park in an area that had more light and with more foot traffic. The room was decently clean and the bed was wonderfully comfortable.
