"Stayed here 3 nights on our Seoul's trip this year , we were asking for drops off luggage's early and afternoon checking were smoothly. Front desks has been able to speak English and very welcoming our staying. We were asking for room with city view and our request was fulfilled. The hotel has been large, clean and many young customers. Our room were serving each day and we were enjoying our staying this time here. For someone if the transportation by local buses or trains is not a problem or restaurants, retails shops is not a main concern then this hotel is good for the value and quality services is the best. "

"The staffs working there were so friendly, respectful and hospitable in creating a welcoming environment for customers. I had trouble turning on the AC and the staff went in person and helped me with that. He also helped me find a converter to use for charging. There were also many local bistros and restaurants located near the hotel so it’s very convenient to stroll around and explore. "

"I come from Mongolia, Air in Mongolia is very dry therefore bedsheet everything is dry. 2 previous hotels prior to Rampart rooms were very humid therefore bed sheets felt like they were damp all the time. To my surprise for some reason Rampart rooms were not humid at all, and bedsheets were dry all the time which was very good and comfortable ! Hotel is bit old, rooms are not much fancy but it was very comfortable. Not far away from Cheolsan station and bus stops convenient location for a very economical price. "

"The accommodations were appropriate for the price. The room was clean except for the TV remote. There was dirt/dust in between the buttons. There is a cafe at the hotel but I didn’t know what the hours of operation were. One morning I went down to see if I could get breakfast but no one was there. Lights were off. "

"Had a lovely stay at The Tribute hotel. Location wise its a bit out of the way, but once you get the hang of the subways you'll be able to get around just fine. It's about 10 mins walk to Guro station (outside climate card circle) and about 15 mins to Sindorim station (within the climate card circle) so if you're visiting from overseas just bare that in mind! The staff we spoke with all spoke English and were really helpful. Elin helped us find a spot to purchase reasonable priced suitcases and James helped make our checkout process super easy, helping with a late checkout last minute and supporting with our taxi back to the airport. They both really went above and beyond and made the end of our trip so positive. The rooms are big and airy, the bathroom is also such a good size with a decent hairdryer, the TV is massive and has netflix app, we loved every bit of the room! There's a cute coffee place across the road called Coffeenie, we frequented it almost everyday we stayed here. Their coffees are delicious, its a super cute spot. Overall really liked our stay here, would love to come back. "

"The rooms are clean and sound proof with nice beds. Hotel is located near to the Digital complex metro station, which makes the commuting to other parts of Seoul quite a breeze. The breakfast is nice with varieties. They have evening street food festivals on limited days of the week with music."

"The basement car park B2 to B4 is spacious and easy to park. We stayed in a Family Suite, the interior is very spacious. 1 Queen bed and 2 single beds, and still fit with a simple dining table and chairs. Still plenty of space to open 3 of our 28inch luggages fully! Its a heated bathroom with bathtub. Alot of TV channels to watch, however all in Korean language. The gym and dining area are in B1. There is a convenient shop beside the lobby, open till 11pm. Cross the road is LOTTE Department Store with food stalls at its basement. This hotel is well position for tourist to visit this city. Strongely recommended. "

Despite coming across a recent unsettling review that made me hesitant, I booked the hotel with faith and am now happy to share a thorough review. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff was warm and welcoming, speaking both English and Korean. Communication was seamless, & whenever I needed assistance—like borrowing a steam iron or handling trash—they were quick to help, making my stay stress-free. I stayed in a non-smoking standard room, which included a clean bed, shower, toilet, towels, robe, slippers, and basic amenities like paper cups. The room was spotless, with no stains or bedbugs, and every cleaning request was handled efficiently while I was out exploring. Though I didn’t see a button for room cleaning, the staff asked daily if I needed service, & they did a great job every time. For a budget-friendly option with attentive staff, Dominic Hotel exceeded expectations and provided a comfortable stay during my 10-day visit. The only drawback was the occasional noise from neighboring rooms—slamming, dragging furniture, or loud thumping at night. While I chose to ignore it, this might bother someone more sensitive to noise, and I’d recommend addressing it with the staff. Despite this, the hotel’s overall quality and service far outweighed the inconvenience, & I confidently rate my experience 9.5/10."
