This is a newly remodeled townhouse duplex with living, dining, kitchen, 1/2 bath down, and 2 bedrooms, and one bath up. It is located in the center of the City, just 6 short blocks to the Seawall, the beach, bike rentals; and 11 walking blocks to The Strand Historical District with boutiques, gift shops, restaurants, attractions and night life. Directly across the street is the Bryan Museum, which has one of the largest collections of historical artifacts relating to Texas and hosts many fun and informative events. Driveway parking and street parking are available.

This is a cute little duplex. Diane pays close attention to detail down to the labels indicating which light switch turns on which lights. Its centrally located and easy to find and get around the island.

Very quaint
We booked the property the night before our Royal Caribbean Cruise. It was a nice property that had everything we needed. It was close to the beach. Our kids loved that the owner left Easter cookies for them. Will stay again if we return to Galveston.

Overnight to attend a wedding in Galveston
Very nice and clean with lots of attention to the little details. Had some trouble with the TV upstairs and if it was more important at the time, I would have called about it. Will likely book again for a weekend in Galveston as the amenities are nice and the location was perfect. Had a good walk to the beach with my dog before we departed and the neighborhood was charming.

Hot water didn’t work and I didn’t realize until I went to shower in the morning! The host’s representative re-acted quickly but I didn’t have time to get it fixed and wait for the tank to heat up before heading out. Very nice host and clean place and I’m sure this is a very unusual event but it made my stay a negative.

Quaint duplex property
We are a family of 4 from the UK. This duplex was conveniently located just a 12 minute walk to the seafront. The beds were super cumfy, as I prefer a firm bed, the garage was a bonus for easy access into the property. The inside was very clean with new toilets, oven and microwave, but would be greatly improved if a new kitchen and bathroom were ever fitted. Everything was labelled and easy to find. Winter is not really the best time to visit a seaside town, we only stayed 1 night of the 3 booked, however there is lots of history here with beautiful buildings and interesting museums. I can recommend the segway tour which we thoroughly enjoyed. If you're staying in the summer and are beachgoers I imagine it would be perfect! The host was helpful, responding immediately to messages.

Comfy cottage
This was a lovely place for my husband, our son and daughter-in-law and me to stay overnight before cruising out of Galveston. It was really nice to be able to park in the garage and have our vehicle with all our luggage off the street.

extra touches here made overnight stay b4 cruise easy and comfortable
This small cozy cottage is older with lots of character. The host was great with communications and extra careful to label drawers, lights, even small container for shells found. WE found bottled waters in the refrigerator, and cookies waiting on the table. So thoughtful in many ways to make our stay easy and comfortable. BED was so comfy and extra outlets for electronic needs. The garage was a bonus we also enjoyed. Did not use W&D or dishwasher. Would love to stay here again , if we ever in Galveston. Perfect for overnight or days at a time. We also noticed toys for beach, and drawers labeled with toys. perfect for our pre cruise needs.
