“We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was a perfect location for Red Rock and Denver being in the middle. Quiet lovely neighborhood and the lower area of home we stayed in was perfect. Exactly how advertised. The host was very responsive when we communicated. I would definitely stay here again.”

“We were attending a reception in Lakewood. The house was great and clean and had so many things to make our stay so easy. My only concern was the air conditioning. We followed the directions and used the fans. It was very hot during the day and the house didn’t cool until after midnight. ”

“I had a lovely stay, the place was exactly as pictured in the listing. Close proximity to red rocks and highways to all the great hiking spots!”

“Quaint well-maintained home in a beautiful old neighborhood. There is a huge fenced-in backyard. Easy access from the location to various amenities / downtown(s). Perfect for a family on a weekend break in Denver.”

“This was one of my most favorite Vrbo stays! Starting off the kindness and helpfulness of the host started off the stay off right before we even got there! The check in process was seamless! The wide range of amenities from an abundant amount of towels, any toiletries that you could need including a cute razor, fan and heater, umbrella, fully stocked coffee and really everything you could need plus things that you never even thought about! The attention to detail and cleanliness made this stay……

“The house has recently been remodeled so was really nice. Beds were comfortable! John was very helpful with tips on dining and other attractions. There is a separate second unit below you that was rented. We never encountered those renters while we were there. We were gone a good deal of time. We went to Red Rocks to a concert and this property is very close. Overall a very great place to stay in a nice neighborhood ”
