The neighborhood is very safe/quiet where I know the neighbors. There are parks and bars walking distance, as well as a train station downtown 1 mile away. Location is about an hour drive from skiing and close to Red Rocks, Broncos Stadium, and downtown. This is a great spot to get into Denver and the surrounding areas!
