Very good value for the price. The location is very central and convenient for visiting most of New York’s main tourist attractions. They also have filtered water available on the ground floor if you’re not a fan of NYC tap water. The staff was always friendly and attentive, and for a 4-star hotel, I think it delivers exactly what you would expect no less, no more. One feature I really enjoyed was the outdoor terrace-style balconies available from the 19th to the 26th floors, which are great for having a coffee, a drink, or a smoke while enjoying the view. Overall, a very good option for staying in NYC.
