The houses were great and well stocked. The pool itself was great, however the pool furniture needs upgrading. There were three rusting bar stools and two wooden lounge chairs that needed cushions. I emailed the contact person on arrival that we needed more toilet paper and never heard back. I just bought some, no problem. The internet and tv went out our last full day, but it was not their fault and nothing they could do about it. However, when we had a question, the property manager was unresponsive to her VRBO inbox and the her email address. Guest house was outdated but clean and lots of room. Its in a great location. Lots to do within 15 min drive. It is mostly secluded with a gated entrance. Thank you. Unfortunately, the Texas heat took a toll on one of the AC units in the main house; however, the property manager was quite responsive. Within an hour or two, a repair tech was onsite, and the problem was resolved by Friday evening. Due to our large group size, we did run into some issues with a lack of towels, but this was resolved by a trip to the store. We also had an issue with a couple of the beds (one collapsed due to incorrect assembly, and the trundle bed frame was broken when we arrived); however, we were able to work around these issues. In all fairness, it is unknown if the property management team had been aware of these issues before our arrival. Even with the issues we experienced, I would not hesitate to recommend the property to anyone looking for a place with ample space to host friends and family.
