BEACH GEAR INCLUDED: Peace Vacations has partnered with VayK Life to provide beach gear rental services for our guests! Enjoy a valuable credit during your stay for beach gear rentals if your reservation is for 3 to 21 nights. This property offers a daily credit of $50, which can be used for items such as bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, beach carts, and more. The choice is yours to make the most of your beach experience!

COMMUNITY: DeBordieu Colony is a very private oceanfront gated community located near Pawleys Island South Carolina on the coast between Charleston and Myrtle Beach. For a fee, most homes and villas offer onsite private DeBordieu Club amenities such as golf tennis, and multiple dining options to DeBordieu Rentals guests. Our natural amenities include miles of beach and tidal creeks, an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths, and a delightful year-round climate. DeBordieu is more than a vacation destination, it is also home to a small number of fortunate folks who enjoy the finest Lowcountry Lifestyle as either permanent residents or second homeowners. Come visit DeBordieu for a few days or a week and you may decide to stay forever.  
  
MAXIMUM VEHICLES: The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 6\. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a maximum matching the number of bedrooms in the vacation rental property.  
  
CLUB MEMBERSHIP: This home has a Social Membership, which gives you access to the 2 community pools at the Beach Club, and dining A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day. Great location spacious house that doesn’t make you feel cramped. There’s a fire pit and grill. One block away from beach access. Cons for my trip specifically: There was a golf cart parked with the house and I had reached out multiple times(calls and texts) to the property manager about using it and if it was included and got no response. Second complaint is the listing says there are no hidden fees, yet the communication emails stated it was 1000 to heat the pool for the weekend. I consider this a hidden fee and also a ridiculous cost(1000 really?!?)Other then the above two issues I recommend this property
