The neighborhood is quiet with plenty of deer roaming about. Chris and Melissa are perfect hosts. Any requests were granted immediately and communication with them was seamless. My husband and I stayed at this property while attending the F1 race in Austin. Georgetown is a nice town and this little place (mother-in-law type suite in the backyard)is close to eating places, grocery stores and Wal-Mart. We were not able to enjoy the pool while there because we were gone all day. Everything was nice looking outside and the place was nice inside. It was just what we needed. For myself and my 2 kiddos, this was the most convenient space and location. Easy to get to and has connecting roads to avoid the congestion of Georgetown traffic. Clean home with everything we needed and a quiet neighborhood. As was the case during our last stay, our hosts were gracious and accomodating. Great by car. The hosts are delightful and made sure my little Ms Mia and I were comfortable. Basic, but clean and convenient and I would recommend it for up to 4 people for a short stay.
