Location was excellent - very close to downtown Canmore and many restaurants nearby. Facility was as pictured on Expedia and was clean. Only downside is that suite was on the main floor and we could hear every footstep taken by the people in the unit above us. Bring ear plugs so that the unit above you does not disturb your sleep.

The check in process is a bit difficult. Meaning the keyless entry screen doesn’t work super well. I have stayed here twice and I love the building and rooms, but, both times I needed tenants to help. The screen needs a certain touch and the tenants advised that using keys works best (the tip of the key).

The company that operates the hotel had their data hacked in June. No communication was sent to me to inform me about the hack. I was contacted by a party that had obtained my information twice and had to replace my credit card. I consider that poor service.
There are no staff at this hotel. I received far too many emails and texts regarding check-in-I guess they were being thorough.
The main issue at the hotel is the guests who congregate in the lounge on the main level and can be heard in rooms on the second floor near the stairs above the lounge.
The restaurant was great, and the room itself is spacious, clean and well supplied.
