The neighborhood was quiet. We slept comfortably in the rooms. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The bathroom and shower were excellent. They were understanding and attentive, and the problem was resolved promptly the next morning. What truly stood out during my stay was the level of hospitality. The team made sure that everything was handled quickly and with genuine care for the guest experience. Overall, it was truly a pleasure being a guest at this hotel. I would gladly stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Frankfurt."

We where able to check in almost 3 hours early which was fantastic given we had been travelling since 2am that morning. The rooms where spotless and there was plenty room to relax. The staff where amazing and always went above and beyond. A massive shout out to Jackie and Jovana. These ladies where fantastic, they always welcomed you with a smile and nothing was ever to much trouble. These two women never stopped working yet all the time made it feel like you where apart of there extended family. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area. "
