Beautiful home on an incredible lot. My family and I spent a wonderful week at this great home. We have been taking vrbo vacations for many years. Home was very spacious and included almost everything we needed. I rented this house for the lake and it didn't disappoint. Sandy beach area is AWESOME compared to the mud we typically find. They had a small boat house, two docks plus a floating dock. I could have packed lighter if we knew how well appointed the house was. They had beach toys, soccer balls, frisbees, basketball, bocci, fishing gear, kayaks, paddle boards, and even a row boat. I think our dog had the best time of all as she never wanted to come back into the house. The basement was also a great place to hang out when the weather doesn't cooperate. Pool table, foosball, darts. Overall, wonderful place for a family or multi fam vacation. I would certainly recommend to anyone.

Nice beach

Great sand beach, gentle incline into clear lake. Great for young children. Big house with game room and lower living space (it was too cold to use) and nice outdoor area with picnic table and grills. Large, private yard.

Third Time's a Charm!

This was our 3rd family vacation and it was AMAZING! The weather was beautiful the entire trip so we had a ton of fun using the terrific sand beach, kayaks, and paddle boats. Used the terrific game room to cool down and take a break before heading back out to the water and evening campfires. The house itself is fantastic for our 2 families to use. You have plenty of space to spread out so you are never feeling like you are on top of everyone. Absolutely terrific place!

Quiet lake

This is our second year. Nice home, great lake, no neighbors. Sandy beach and nice swimming area. If we have to pick something we didn't like, it would be the check in and check out time. Check in time would be nice at least 4 and check in time would be great at 10 instead of 9, wouldn't have to rush after breakfast to clean and pack up. But overall, a great place.

Wonderful Stay

The lake home was beautiful and perfect for our family. The lake is clear and clean and the small beach area worked well for our young grandchildren. They spent hours swimming and playing in the sand! Thank you for a great week!

Home Away From Home

This is our yearly Girl's Weekend getaway and we have been coming here for quite a few years. We love that the house can accommodate all of us and that we feel so at home here. Whether the weather is nice or rainy, there is always something to do. The grounds and the lake are just beautiful as well. Patrick, the owner, is the best to work with. He has made our years here so enjoyable.

Great beach

Patrick was easy to reach when having questions. Pros: beds were comfortable, seemed smaller than a queen, probably because we’re use to sleeping in a king. House was clean. Game room was terrific. Direct TV is nice, even though we seldom had it on. Basketball hoop outside was a hit. Boat house was great for cleaning the nice size fish that we caught and for storing fishing poles and supplies so we didn’t have to go up to the house to get it. Beach was great, no weeds by it, could wade out and sandy bottom. No swimmer’s itch! 5 kayaks and one row boat were a hit. Very quiet lake. No neighbors close by. Close to Rhinelander, 15 minutes if you needed anything. Kitchen has was you need for cooking, pots, pans, cookie sheet, coffee maker, crockpot. Grill was good. Lots of wild life. Loons, eagles, deer, turtle digging a hole by the fire pit, not sure if she laid eggs, kept our distance. Water pressure was good, no cold showers. Could go on with the pros. The only cons we had: The 2 tub surrounds in the bathrooms were narrow. Either a walk in shower or a flat tub surround would be great, especially for tall, or larger people. The upstairs bedrooms, the beds are blocking the vents, so couldn’t feel the air when it was on. Thankfully, Patrick has fans in the closets if you need them. A great vacation home!

Greatest Place for Girl's Weekend!

This was our 5th year staying her for our Girl's Weekend. We hope to come back every year forever! :) Patrick has been the absolute best over the years to work with and his home is wonderful. It provides everything we are looking for and is so much fun. We love the game room on the rainy days, otherwise we are outside the rest of the time. The lake is beautiful and the fall colors are amazing. Best place ever to make memories for a life time!

Pine Valley Retreat

Location is amazing, on the lake, secluded property. They also provide five kayaks and one paddle boat for our use. The side yard was big enough to set up a volleyball court. We had a great time during the stay. Game room was a plus as well. Evenings and nights were nice on the lake enjoying company next to the fire pit. Now the things we didn't really care for. Pots and pans were really old and needs to be replaced. There were no bath towels provided, we didn't find out this until reaching the house. It was ok since there is a Walmart 20 minutes away. Please be sure to bring it with you. Beds were ok at best, one of the upstairs bed was pretty bad, no one slept in it one full night. Also they have two charcoal grills, not propane. Overall it was good weekend and location for us minus the issues I mentioned above.

Wonderful Northwoods spot

This is a home! We were able to relax and cook, and have meals together, and play games! It really was a great stay for us, to be close to our wedding party at the event nearby.

Perfect location for ATVs/UTVs!

First off, the property manager Patrick was amazing to work with. He was very friendly and quickly responded to any questions I had. The cabin is a less than a minute from the ORV trails - it doesn't get much better than that! There was amble parking for our truck and trailer (could easily fit more vehicles if traveling with a group). The lake was very quiet and we enjoyed fires at night. There was also two grills you can use and the cabin also had a ton of DVDs which were nice for rainy nights. The game room was also nice! My only complaints were: 1) the main level bedroom was pretty warm at night even with the AC on, 2) most of the rooms were very outdated, and 3) the pots and pans were well loved (I'd advise to bring your own cooking supplies if you are picky like me), and 4) the couch in the main area was very uncomfortable. Overall the location and amenities made up for the cons and I'd recommend the cabin to friends and family!

Excellent Place

The place was great from start to finish! Very clean throughout the entire house! The game room was a big hit with the kids as well as the little beach area and lake toys. Kayak, paddle boat and a nice place to dock my boat! Everything was great! Fishing off the dock was fun for the kids I just wish the rest of the lake could have produced something larger!! The lake is con the small size but we still had a blast tubing behind my boat. And while being a small lake, weeds were not an issue for the water sports!! Patrick was excellent to work with before and during our stay! I would recommend this place to any family with kids as they’ll love the game room, basketball hoop and nice fire pit with plenty of firewood!! The neighbor was very nice as well! A1 place and we are hoping to come back next year!!

Family Vacation 2021

This was our second time at this property and it was fantastic. We had kids 7-17 and adults 20 and up and we all had a good time. Beautiful weather, wonderful beach, fantastic fishing and when the weather wasn't so great, terrific game room. Can't wait to go back again!

We were very happy with the property. It was Very clean. we enjoyed the paddle boat, row boat, kayaks and game room. Most of the outdoor chairs were clean, which we appreciated. We would definitely go back there.
