O Hotel é bom, limpo, mas há algo que lembrei de queixa: os corredores dos quartos são curtos e a limpeza pelo pessoal começa cedo e com bastante barulho. Não dá para dormir tranquilo até tarde. E confirmei isso em minha terceira estada.

Excelente atendimento na recepção e bem localizado
Excelente localização e atendimento na recepção. Café da manhã satisfatório com pães, frutas, ovos,cachorro quente, bolos e vitamina de abacate. Os refrescos eram industrializados. Ar condicionado e chuveiro funcionaram plenamente. Terraço com academia e geladeira disponíveis, usei apenas a esteira que funcionou bem. Só não dou nota máxima por causa da limpeza: andei descalça no quarto e meus pés ficaram cinzas de sujeira. A equipe da limpeza precisa passar um pano úmido sobre o piso. Como é um problema fácil de resolver, voltaria a me hospedar, mas inspecionaria essa questão do piso primeiro.

Péssimo atendimento!!!!
Hotel até parece ok, mas super barulhento, cheguei o banheiro estava usado (com pingos de urina na tampa do vaso e com papel higiênico usado). Solicitei mudança de quarto (eu havia pago quarto luxo, com ar condicionado) e o atendente Lucas quis cobrar uma taxa de 40,00 para me mudar de quarto, mesmo eu solicitando que podia ser até para um quarto pior, com ventilador. Resumo: não me mudaram de quarto e foram super mal educados. Péssimo atendimento do hotel. E quando solicitei falar com o gerente, fui informada ironicamente que ele estava dormindo em casa àquela hora.

O hotel é bastante básico, mas muito limpo e com algumas áreas em reforma/ ampliação. A jacuzzi da cobertura não tinha água quente funcionando. Equipe atenciosa e bom café da manhã. Atendimento e serviços condizentes com a classificação do hotel. Vale citar que a localização não é adequada.

muito ruim
fui encaminhado para um quarto mofado, o fato de sem sem ar condicionado não era problema pois eu já sabia, mas tiraram também o frigobar, isso não estava avisado na reserva, pedi para fazer um upgrade, mas o atendente intransigente quis me cobrar um valor muito alto para alterar o tipo de quarto. para piorar, não podia ficar com janela aberta pois a janela ficava do lado de algum tipo de compressor que fazia muito barulho a noite inteira. no geral, não me hospedo mais nesse lugar.
