"Ill start by saying we have stayed here several times and will stay here again. Love the pool area/massage on deck/bar happy hour/close proximity to all tours, restaurants, nightlife. Its why most come to phi phi and this place is clean and sanitary with exceptional staff. We were able to enjoy breakfast daily and then go on any tour at our pace followed by relaxing in the pool. The local cats are awesome and we are glad people are kind at this location. Typical thai huts on beatiful sand. Not the largest but they have everything you need. Anyone complaining about noise has never stayed in phi phi. You can not stay anywhere in tonsai harbour area and avoid night time noise period. If you want quiet, saii and new outrigger/old zeavola are a 20 min boatride to the other side of the island. Great options for relaxation but not for excursions or having to pay for boat transport everytime you'd like to revisit the city. If you are looking for best hotel in the actual bay, this is it. "

"We spent a weekend at the Rayavadee with friends. Staying here is probably one of the most unique experiences you will have. Right from the unique boat transfer (yes it’s on an island, which for some reason wasn’t too clear whilst booking the rooms). Won’t divulge details of the boat transfer! The welcome was exceptional and the property is super quiet and beautiful. The rooms are duplex chalets (again a pleasant surprise as it didn’t seem to be clear enough in the posting). Super luxurious rooms surrounded by the most lush forest like cover with enough windows. It will come as a huge surprise that this property is 39 yrs old as everything in here is super modern and up to date. The bed needs a special mention. Again one of the largest we have ever slept on. An entire family of two adults and two young children could sleep on one bed. It’s way bigger than a King size. The Grotto is a unique dining experience although you not only have to confirm well In advance but also tell them what you will eat at least one day prior. If not, they will turn you away as they only prepare what you said you will eat. And be ready to pay for the most expensive dinner you have had in a long time. But worth every penny as unlikely you will get another setting quite like this one. Overall food isn’t top class at any of the restaurants but that I will leave for you to judge. We are not foodies so we don’t mind.. This is a place we would definitely want to return. Memorable! "

"This resort is absolutely stunning, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Hilltop Villa. The buggy service was so quick we rarely ever waited. Staff were so wonderful and attentive, they took care of our every need, much of the time without us even asking. It’s so beautiful you will not want to leave "

"The hotel was paradise. Gorgeous Hotel, Gorgeous setting. The pool was lovely with spacious sun loungers. The staff were all so kind and friendly, for example the pool bartender made my 2 for 1 cocktails separately so I got two fresh drinks even travelling solo. The room was stunning and spacious and very quiet. The breakfast was delicious with lots of fresh fruit and freshly made omelettes. If I ever travel back to Railay, I wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else. Looks better than the photos online. "
