Magical waterfront!

"The beach was a little farther out than it looked in the photos but our stay was truly magical! The host was amazing and so accommodating.. she was always prompt in her responses to my questions. We totally loved the whole house and our kids thoroughly enjoyed all the toys and games in the playroom. I want to go back already!!!"

"Fantastic views of Alsea Bay, the inlet and the ocean. The house has been remodeled at some time and is extremely nice. The master bath was especially well done. The two bedrooms are spacious. The kitchen is very nice. The family room and kitchen/dining area have beautiful views. Access to the beach is easy. Definitely returning soon."
"Hidden back behind a little housing community is a lost gem. Alsi is a fabulous, fun resort staffed with some of the greatest people. First we met Hector! He was so fun and helpful. He told us all about the place and the fun they have with karaoke, a great restaurant and bar. My husband and I were sold at having dinner there. We had some amazing drinks made by Joe. Joe is the sweetest women around. She made sure we had everything we could have wanted and things we didn't know we needed. Our dinner was good but I think the menu needs a little revamping. It's got good food but not something for everyone. After we got our food and hard another drink we started singing karaoke and having so much fun. Then we went out on the private little beach area to watch the sunset. When we came back in Hector, knowing we are on vacation and getting our once a year trip offered to upgrade our room to a sweet with a large jet tub. The offer was so good we paid and moved into a beautiful room we never wanted to leave. It had a living room area, bed area and huge tub area. This was literally my favorite place on our vacation. When we left after a couple days of fun I genuinely felt like I was leaving friends. I really wish I could express how much fun we had and how truly amazing Hector and Joe were. Just go! "

"A great vibe on the beach for our family. Short, fun walk out to the beach with the hot tub to warm us up afterward. Beachside Buzz was a bonus as a "nextdoor" breakfast option with many options for sweet or savory food or beverages. Clean and well kept if a tad sandy on the floors (I suppose it is near impossible to get all the sand up!) "

"Our family had a phenomenal time on the coast. Such a great location. It chucked all the boxes that we were looking for. The beach is literally a two minute walk away. The bets were soft the place was clean and updated. The beach is a lot of fun. Only two things I would suggest and that would be upgraded Internet and a better cooking pan. Just a word to the wise also on the pathway down to the beach can be a little sketchy."

"Amazing views, especially the 2nd and 3rd floor bedrooms! So fun to watch the seals and bald eagles too. Crystal and Myrna were both great to work with. Kitchen is stocked well too. Beach was beautiful and fun to explore. You can walk along at steps by Jellybeans ice cream (highly recommend) or 10ish houses down from this there is a path ‘at your own risk’ paved mostly with a rope to hold, which we thought most anyone can easily walk down."

"The view out the widows was beautiful. The home was clean and very well put together. Love the washer and dryer. It came with everything you need for cooking and plenty of room. All the neighbors were nice and welcoming and even help us with know what trash can was for what. We had the best time and inly 4 minutes away from the beach. We loved our stay and cant wait to come back."
"The views from this home are amazing. The house has so much space and so many things to do. From the pool table downstairs to all the games and puzzles. The steps down to the beach were very supported and safe. The kitchen was well stocked for everything we needed for Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen table even had an extension attached to it. House was very clean, all blankets and towels smelled fresh and the host had timely communication. We loved this home! "

"We had a fantastic time at this well-equipped, beautiful, comfortable home with stunning ocean views. The location right on the beach was perfect for enjoying morning walks and sunsets, and the quiet neighborhood made for a relaxing stay.
One of the highlights was the pool table and downstairs bedroom. Our teenager loved spending time with Dad and Grandma, playing pool together—it was a real hit! Grandma did mention that the stairs could be a challenge if you're not used to them, and the walk to the beach isn’t flat, so be prepared for a bit of a slope.
The communication was excellent—whenever we had a question, it was handled quickly and efficiently via text. I especially appreciated the check-in text we received to make sure everything was in order when we arrived.
The house was very clean overall, although we did notice a full dog poop bag left on the back stairs upon arrival, which we removed right away. There were also a few minor issues in the bathroom, but nothing that detracted from our overall experience.
Overall, this was a lovely place for a beach getaway, and we would definitely recommend it!
