“The property was very clean, I really loved the crabbing dock out back, the pool and hot tub was great for the kids we had with us. Staff was very friendly and helpful. “Rooms are dated and not cleaned properly. I originally booked and paid for two nights (through Hotels.com), and extended my stay for one more night directly with the hotel. BUT finally the hotel charged TWO extra nights on the bill. I tried to negotiate with and ask for refund from the hotel by email, however they had not responded to my enquries and requests for over one month (I checked out on Jul 12 and it's Aug 20 today when I write this review.). “The house was adorable. It was helpful after getting there to find that there was a step-in shower for someone who is disabled. Things were mostly clean though the dryer had to be emptied and so did the dishwasher. It was also noticed that while walking on the floors barefoot, the floors looked clean but turned feet black and under all the furniture was quite a bit of dust bunnies. The glass top stove was also dirty and needed to be scrubbed. The tub was very nice and the rest of the property……
