Every apartment has WiFi, air conditioning, a balcony or terrace with partial sea view, a kitchen or kitchenette, and its own bathroom. Bed linen and towels are provided, small pets are allowed. The apartments offer an open living area with a sofa bed, dining table, digital TV, radio, and air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer compartment, electric stove, microwave, sink, filter coffee machine, and kettle. The bedroom features a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, insect screens, and partial darkening. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, washbasin, and mirror. The outdoor area includes a garden/courtyard, parasols, a private barbecue and direct access to the green outdoor area. Parking spaces are available at the property, a boat mooring is available upon request. Airport transfers can be organised. The apartments are ideal for families, couples or small groups who want to spend a relaxed beach holiday in a quiet, green environment. Leisure activities in the area range from boat trips, windsurfing, diving and jet skiing to kitesurfing and banana boat rides, to olive harvesting, go-karting and gourmet restaurants. Included in the price are air conditioning, boat mooring, final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, baby cot, internet, kitchen towels and tourist tax.
