Cabana at the Pond

7 sided screened house on stilts sleeps 2 + a pet cozily in a forested wonderland surrounded by tropical fantasy. Queen bed room overlooks large swimming+Boating pond, beach +island. Private bedroom and bath, open air private kitchen space in a large common outdoor dinning area. No lock on doors. 3 miles to town by road, the last 1.25 miles is a dirt road. Close to urban bike path. Please honor quiet time 10pm-8am!

The space
A MOST UNIQUE STAY: Cabana has a huge 360 degree view! Access is across a swinging rope bridge, and bathroom is below via a rock staircase or fireman's pole. Its a 'kids of all ages' wonderland. Total of 2 rentals,each cute-ta-boot are in jaw dropping gorgeous settings: unique, wild+ rustic. Large lawn, outdoor dining, BBQ grill, true' ladder access tree house' are communal. Evenings and mornings in April and October are chilly, and tremendously pleasant the rest of the summer. Swimming and boating at your own risk. Unattended pets must be in a kennel if left alone. Guest access
Guests will have access to all outdoor areas plus the surrounding forests and urban trails. A large outdoor dining area, swimming + boating pond, beach, island, huge lawn and additional true treehouse are all communal areas. The outdoor corner Kitchen, and the Bathroom behind the kitchen (below the Cabana) are reserved for only the Cabana guests. 'Guesthouse at the Pond ' is about 100 feet away... See:

Other things to note
Doors will be unlocked upon your arrival, with keys inside on the table. Please let us know your expected arrival time, AND TEXT AS YOU DRIVE UP THE DRIVEWAY so we can meet you upon arrival, if possible. There are 1.25 miles of dirt road to get here. The last 3/4 mile to the house can be icy and dangerous in snowy weather. 4x4 all wheel drive or chains ARE A MUST the days of or just after a snow storm.
Lawns and gardens are watered by reclaimed water, do not drink from outdoor hose bibs.
iTS OK to drink water from faucets at ALL sinks. FILTERED Bottled water also provided in large serving Jug at the POND KITCHEN .
