They even had it beautifully decorated for Christmas. As soon as we checked in I had to FaceTime my family to show how stunning it was. Very nice, clean, updated facility. The checkin was very easy, staff very helpful and friendly. The room was wonderful with an unexpectedly stunning bathroom. There was a huge tv and washer dryer available to help us recover from our day kayaking. Staff were great at the store down below and ice cream was steps away too! Changed when we entered the suite. Modern, Clean, State of the art. Owners, family and friends all bent over backwards to make our stay great. There's a well-supplied convenience store on the ground floor, but don't let that dissuade you. Once we got to our room upstairs, all doubts were destroyed, and we LOVED it. The room was new and very clean, with an awesome big king bed and plenty of room. Bathroom is ideal -- big and spacious, with a fantastic shower with a hand-held shower wand. The fridge worked well and everything in the room felt very new and in top condition. We never heard a peep from the other rooms during our stay, though we know they were full. Cleaning staff were in the hallways daytime and very friendly, and respected our do-not-disturb sign. They were quiet in the hallways and never disturbed us once. And they have full laundry facilities on site, on the same floor as our rooms. The location is super convenient, you're walking distance from a movie theatre, several restaurants and shopping. And when you're retiring to the room for the evening, the shop downstairs has all the drinks & snacks you could want, plus fresh-made sandwiches and more. Staff was awesome.
