The house was perfect for our girls weekend. We had amazing communication with the house manager, even while we were staying at the property. The views were amazing. It had everything we needed to enjoy meals together. We would love to stay there again.
We had a wonderful stay here in Grand Junction. The home is very well maintained. The views are beautiful, abdthe location is ideal for access to Colorado National Monument. The hot tub was a great way to end a day of hiking. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home that was perfect for our entire family who ranged in age from teens to 70s. Everything that we could possibly needed was provided. Easiest check in and check out that we've ever have had in prior vrbos. Thank you.
Awesome place to stay near Park City. Close to Mt Biking trails which we really enjoyed.
Very nice place, very clean, very quiet.
Will stay here again.
Well the views are spectacular! Layout is super functional (family size 7). Owner was very responsive. As with any stay they are hiccups and he was quick to resolve. Would highly recommend. I would add bringing a few extra “lounge” blankets if that’s what your thing.
The home is well appointed and just as described in the listing. Had a wonderful brief visit with my family, and enjoyed the home amenities and the nearby trails. Host communicates well.
My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights. The house is in a nice neighborhood with great views of Colorado National Monument. The house was well stocked. It was more room than we needed but worked out great for a base to explore the area. There is a lot to see any do. Would stay there again for our next trip.
We really enjoyed this house for our family vacation! We had plenty of room, all the amenities we needed to cook dinners and breakfast each day. The kids loved the hot tub! Great location to everything in town.
This was our second time staying here and everything is wonderful! The quiet location, the parking, and everything you need is there. If I could give more than 5 stars for the responsiveness of the host, I would. Any questions I have had have been answered so promptly and I appreciate that.
the house was everything they described and more. beautifully furnished, comfortable in every way, great hot tub and views were spectacular. what a great home.
This was a perfect house for our family meet up! We all fit around the table for dinner, the kitchen was well appointed, beds and linens were super comfy, plenty of hangout space, the deck was great with beautiful views, the hot tub was hot, and we were surprised by ping pong table and other yard games! Just as advertised!
Rio Vista is a great vacation house. The house is tastefully decorated and well appointed. We had everything we needed. There is plenty of space for family gathering. Sleeping arrangements were comfortable.
We stayed for our son’s college graduation. We had ages ranging from 78 years old to 9 years old, and it was enjoyed by all. It is in a relaxing environment, quiet neighborhood, and has all the convenience close by. We did a grocery pick up, but were pleasantly surprised by all the amenities and supplies inside.
We had a wonderful stay. The whole booking, check-in, and check-out process we’re seamless. Everything was very detailed and laid out for ease of use. Area around the property was beautiful and our family used the surrounding trails each and every day. It was obvious our hosts thought about the amenities, making everything so accessible and convenient. Definitely would stay here again when we return.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House is exactly as described, and the view is phenomenal. We were able to spread out thru the house so plenty of privacy, while enjoying the living and dining rooms for meals and laughter. One minor issue arose, and the owners could not have been more responsive and gracious. We hope to stay here again on future trips to the area.
Came to visit family following my son’s high school graduation. We were very pleased with the house and all of its amenities! From the views, the comfortable beds, grill, ping pong, cornhole and hot tub, what’s not to like? We enjoyed our stay and Thomas was very responsive and so easy to communicate with. Thank you for a wonderful stay! I highly recommend this for your next vacation and we hope to be back soon!!!
Nice house. Great property with access to MB trails and views of both the Monument and the valley. Great breakfast on the deck and owls in the evening, hunting the valley to the west. Spent early mornings hiking with the dogs over trails close to house. This is house you want to get for a long weekend MB and hiking in GJ. Will be back with our adult kids.
What a wonderful home. Central air conditioning & ceiling fans kept it cool. The house was clean & welcoming. Having 3 full bathrooms was just what we needed & also plentiful parking off of the street. It's a VERY quiet area, yet convenient to the town. Beds were comfortable & it had everything we needed- towels, coffee station, fridge with some ice provided. There was also a stand fan if needed for those who like extra breeze & white noise.
We were in Grand Junction for my son’s baseball tournament. This worked out perfectly for the family. Nice quiet neighborhood, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the lower level was a great space For the sibliings to hang out. They also loved the ping-pong table under the deck! The views were pretty, and there was plenty of hiking trails back behind the house. It was a wonderful weekend!
This property has a stunning view of the Colorado National Monument - we mountain biked and hiked on the trails behind the house and saw deers and owls. The sunsets were gorgeous from the hot tub.
The location was perfect - close to hiking in the Monument, the Colorado River for our float, five minutes into downtown, and about 15 minutes to local wineries in Palisade.
The house is comfortably equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The decor is stylish but comfortable, and we appreciated the fenced in yard and outdoor games that were provided to us.
We love this area and will book this place again!
We had a small get together for my daughter‘s bachelorette weekend. There was eight of us, all friends and family. These were perfect accommodations. The house was incredibly clean, a beautiful layout, plenty of space. The views are spectacular. The hot tub was great. The communication with the owner was excellent. He let me know right away there was an issue with the dishwasher and I let him know there was just a few minor items of repair that needed to be addressed which he was going to take care of those right away. Overall, an excellent experience and a great location.
We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. We have a large family with 4 minds and two dogs and this house was more than accommodating.
We had plenty of room, even to host a dinner with the extended family. The views were fantastic and there are hiking trails right out the back door. The house was close to everything we needed to attend but totally open to the monument in the backyard.
We had everything we needed, the house was clean, and well equipped. Had a wonderful time and will definitely stay again if we’re ever back in Grand Junction.
We came out for my sister's funeral service and we wanted a place that was big enough for my wife and I and our dogs, plus other family members to stay, as well as to be able to host friends of my sisters after the service.
The hosts we awesome, even down to ordering us a coffee grinder so I didn;t have to bring my own!
The house needed a few minor repairs and the owner told me before we got there that he'd be sending maintenance over to fix things, which he did.
The view of the mesa was great and I walked my dog through the trails about an hour each morning before it got to hot. The dog, Max, and I both got used to that routine fairly quickly.
The neighbors were friendly and gracious, as were the folks on the trails.
Considering the circumstances surrounding this trip, the home and the area are great
We'd definitely come back
