Good Location
I had a wonderful stay at Martine's apartment. It was comfortable and nicely furnished, the kitchen was adequately equipped, and the bedding was comfortable. It's next to the autoroute so there is some traffic noise during the day but the apartment is on the 11th floor so it didn't disturb me. The tram is only a block away so access to the picturesque old town is quite easy. I recommend this property and would gladly stay there again should I return to Grenoble.

Pour mon séjour à Grenoble en aout 2023 j’ai trouvé cet appartement qui avait été recommandé par tous les locataires. Cet apart est parfaitement équipé, très propre et insonore grâce a son double vitrage. J’ai beaucoup apprécié la clim durant mon séjour en pleine période de canicule. Je voulais particulièrement remercier la propriétaire pour son excellent accueil et sa gentillesse. Je peux recommander ce superbe logement à 100 %.

Très bien organisé, vue sur les montagnes, juste un bémol, le bruit de la circulation , pas intensif mais présent sinon ce serait parfait.

Madame CORJON, sait recevoir , avec discrétion, nous avons été reçus avec gentillesse et même de la boisson dans le frigo de quoi faire le cafè et se désaltérer après la route. L,appartement est clair et fonctionnel, nous y sommes comme à la maison avec toutes les commodités, j'y reviendrais avec plaisir sûrement avant la fin de l'année, et je le recommende mais laissez le moi quand même un peu quand je vais revenir à GRENOBLE merci cordialement mme SANBOURG

location 4 jours pour 4 adultes
Séjour pour l'organisation d'un mariage. Localisation très pratique car à la sortie et entrée d'autoroute. Usage du garage et place de parking en bas de l'immeuble très agréable et pratique. Appartement neuf et propre, fonctionnel et bien équipé et avec 2 jeux de clefs. Bruit de l'autoroute en fond mais pas gênant en journée et la nuit. Pas plus de nuisance qu'en étant en centre ville. Propriétaire très sympathique et disponible. Nous gardons l'adresse pour d'autres séjours à Grenoble si nécessaire. On recommande !
