“Good hotel great amenities ”

“A beautiful hotel with very professional and helpful staff that has one of the most beautiful views in all of Europe.”

“Business is good therefore lacking of enough manpower when customers check out. They forced to provide keys to park car downstairs hotel. But asked customers to wait more than 15 mins when we need car to leave. Also, no heater when temperature was 8-10 degree outside. Their feedback is it is still summer so their central heater can not work. This kind of equipment is not good enough if they cost higher fee.”

“This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It was perfect. It is an easy walk through the pedestrian free zone. The location is perfect. The bus stop is just a block away. The lake is two blocks away. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast room was large and very pleasant. The food was abundant and offered many choices. The check in was easy and the front desk people were very friendly and offered many suggestions regarding activities and sights to see. I……

“Sängyt ja tyynyt tarvitsevat päivityksen. Parisänky oli kaksi erillistä sänkyä ilman isoa petauspatjaa. Tyynyt olivat surkeat samoi peitto. Sijainti on hyvä! Pieni kävelymatka hisseille. Aamupala oli hyvä mutta vaihtelua kaipaisi kun olimme paikassa 6 yötä. Puolihoito ei olekkaan kivassa ravintolassa kuten oletimme, vaan oma alue ravintolan takana ”
