He greets you, tells you everything you need to know about staying there and even provides lovely choices for a nice continental breakfast, and coffee, tea and snacks for whenever. There are water views across the street, and that's lovely! Inside the floors are uneven and the layout is unusual. This was fine for us but wouldn't be if I was staying more than a night or two. For instance, the silverware is not in the same room as the kitchen. So preparing and serving a meal would not be as smooth as one might expect. The real issue……
