This property was in a great location. Breakfast was good and service with good. Only issue was having to wait for someone to come to front desk when we checked in and out.

There was no a/c in the lobby (and apparently it’s been broken for several days). It was not possible to have dinner in the restaurant because it was so uncomfortable. It’s 2024—how could there not be a couple of USB ports in the room? The freezer part of the refrigerator was so frozen over, I could not an ice pack in it. When we checked in, the manager at the desk was so unfamiliar with the area that he could not recommend a place for dinner and the printed list was unreadable.

The room was clean but that was as far as it went. Everything else was downhill. We won’t stay there ever again. Hotel had holes in ceiling at pool and no hot tub which it said there was. Pool is small. Never again

Had a great stay with usual Hilton Garden Inn quality and service - friendly and fast checkin; clean room and usual amenities (lamps/desk a tad outdated but did not look worn). They appeared to have the usual GardenInn breakfast (not included) but I did not eat here; plenty of options around. Would stay again when in the area.
