Groveland Castle Hotels

A very special place with very welcoming staff. Highly recommend as an alternative to the standard hotels and as an experience on its own.

Beautiful property opened in May 2024, about 20 min. from the entrance to the Yosemite park. We booked a 2 bedroom cottage (king queen bed). The cottages are free standing, each with a separate entrance. The parking is just outside the cottage (no valet). The cottage was modern, with an high ceiling, and a patio. It reminded me a bit of Healdsbourg Montage. The main bedroom had a double sided fire place which can be enjoyed from the main bedroom and from the outside patio. There is no TV in the...

Serene property with spacious rooms.

We stayed in a Tent and Kids enjoyed. Clean premises and Comfortable stay

Love the rooms. Super clean and spacious!

Coming from the East Bay Area, I found the level of service, friendliness, and willingness to help extraordinarily HIGH! Much higher that you can hope for! Awesome CS level! Returned after 9pm from dinner in Mariposa, we were unable to find parking. Ran into a staff member who recognized our plight. She immediately volunteered her space close to the Clubhouse! Said she was leaving soon anyway. Always greeting with smiles and a friendly tone of voice. Amazingly clean, rating 10/10 by my...

It was a cute little hotel !! Blanket on the bed was a little thin !!

The room was clean and only about an hour from Yosemite. I like that this place accommodates dogs and the staff at the restaurant were all super friendly.

Our stay was fantastic! The apartment is cozy, clean and comfortable. The deck facing the sunset was a great place to relax for the evening. It's only 8 minutes from Mariposa which is great, but it's quiet and secluded enough to disconnect if that what you're after. We will definitely stay again.

Nice hotel and room. Great food at the Black Oak cafe. Gas station and store on the property was very convenient and prices were reasonable. Thank you!

Great visit with family beautiful scenery nice pool fun games for entertainment. I've been and stayed a the Z many times and keep coming back. We look forward to our next visit.

Freshly renovated, clean, very helpful staff!

Stayed here after our camping trip. We used the laundry room, it’s $3 to wash and $3 to dry. I bought laundry detergent and fabric softener sheets in Mariposa, $5 for about 6 loads. The laundry room was clean. The property was quiet. My room was clean and comfortable. I am definitely going to come back for our post camping trips. Mariposa is a cute town about 15 mins away. .

Our hotel room was very comfortable had a refrigerator and microwave. Patio with a table and chairs. The front desk was very helpful as to places to go eat. The breakfast at the hotel had everything from pancakes, waffles, eggs, bacon, sausages, muffins, toast, cereal, coffee, tea and juices. Easy on and off the freeway.

As usual the Staff at Heritage Inn does not disappoint! Wonderful and helpful staff. So many restaurants in walking distance in the very charming downtown. The breakfast has many hot and options. We will stay again as it was a great value!

Staff was outstanding, called me the next day and said we left a few things in our room, they gave to a friend for me that stayed another night ,to bring home.
