"This property suited our needs for our little getaway. It is conveniently located to explore the Chattanooga / Lookout Mountain area. We spent most of our time exploring the area, so this no frills condo right next to the flight park was great. Dan was easily accessible when we needed to communicate, and the kitchen was adequate for making a quick breakfast before heading out. Dan made some recommendations that were spot on. Great stay!"

"The attention to detail is incredible. Only one of our 4 had ever watched or read Harry Potter, yet we all felt like we must be living it in real life. So as not to spoil the experience, we would just absolutely recommend this rental. "We had a wonderful visit celebrating my husband’s 50th birthday with our adult children. We loved having a boat and paddleboards using the dock, hanging out on the porch and spending time together in the living room looking out at the river.We used the stove top, oven and microwave, and all worked well.Derek was a great host - very responsive to questions beforehand. He even left Andes mints on our pillows.We would love to come back for a longer visit sometime."
