“This property was good but I thought it was more upscale than it was. I picked it because of the great reviews, but I will say it was definitely not upscale. The elevators were packed and the place is jammed with people (at least when we went). The breakfast was fine, and the staff was excellent. If you want any kind of luxury this property is basically in a giant mall and strip mall area and has tons of traffic and a bit noisy.……

“The room was terrible. I stayed here because the reviews were pretty solid. I didn't need anything fancy. But it looked like the room hadn't been mopped. The toilet handle was dangling off the toilet. The shower had hair in it. There was mold all around the shampoo bottles in the shower. The picture in the bathroom was caked in dust. The only good thing was the bed was clean and comfortable and the ac worked great. I wouldn't stay here again ”

“We had an overnight stay here due to visiting UT-Chattanooga and attending a basketball game at the school. We checked into the hotel late, but didn’t fully realize what kind of room we had as this was our first stay at this hotel. We were blown away by the amount of space we had, the cleanliness, the kitchen, etc. Not only was our room top tier, the hotel attendants were great! Checking in and checking out was a smooth process. We are already planning our next visit and will plan to stay……
