“Clean room”

“We absolutely love staying here!”

“Hotel was very nice and clean. I didn’t like having to pay for parking ($20). Parking should be free for guests. Great continental breakfast. Great location downtown and within walking distance of various restaurants and the Convention Center. Front desk was ok. I noticed they’d put a sign up that they were away , but I’d hear laughing and cackling from a back room. Meanwhile, there’s 5 people waiting at the desk. Otherwise, it was a fine hotel. ”

“We were exhausted from traveling all day. We were unable to sleep because the room was located next to an ice machine and exit doors. When I returned our room keys I was asked about our stay by a woman at the desk. I told her terribly because of the noise! She proceeded to tell me that it was the noisiest room of the hotel. She asked why I accepted that room. I asked her how I was supposed to know that! Then she asked why didn’t we come back to the desk and ask for a different room. We……
