“The room was clean and check in was fairly smooth, but I asked for a late checkout and was told it would be accommodated, but when I returned to gather items and breast milk that I had left in the freezer to keep, I was locked out and my room had already been cleaned out and my items removed. I had to hunt them down from housekeeping and ask them about what time they had taken them to try and ensure the safety of the milk. Receptionist at the desk was informed and seemed surprised, but there was……
