“The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. When booking the room, the hotel indicated the availability of electric vehicle charging stations, but upon arrival, we found that there were none. The hotel breakfast was very good.The……

“The room was dirty. No ac in the living room of site so it was 10 degrees hotter than bedroom. I paid in full on Expedia but they still said they were going to charge me an additional environmental fee. When I asked why they said because of Trump?!? The guy making breakfast told me he broke the waffle machine because he was mad, so I started to try their eggs but it turned out to be egg soup. Sausage didn't look like it was cooked. I decided to go to cracker barrel next door instead. Water was……

“Bathroom had mold growing on sink. Bedspreads had cigarette burns in them. Carpet stained. Breakfast area and lobby were clean & neat. Booked a 3 night stay but true to unforseen circumstances as well as condition of room needed to check out 1 day early. Gave over 24 hour notice but still charged for 3rd night. Would not recommend”

“The lobby was clean, nothing special but clean enough. Our room was so stuffy and smelled like urine it was terrible. Wish we could open the windows and let some of that TN air in. Breakfast was nothing special, typical for this type of hotel. We spent two night there so we survived but if this was a longer trip I would have definitely looked for other place to move to. The smell was just unbearable.”

“The property, lobby, fitness center, pool, and room were all horrible. This is a very run down little motel. It is def not worth the $169/night that I paid to stay for four nights. There were multiple unhoused people roaming the property and at the pool, coming into the lobby and that made it feel even more unsafe. The room was run down and damp. Even with the a/c running constantly for the four nights/five days all of our clothes and the bedding was damp the entire stay. The tiny hair dryer……
