“Great place to stay the night. Had some trouble with accidentally booking two rooms. Front desk gave me the information on how to get refunded and I was refunded promptly.”

“The humidity in the hotel was insane. We couldn’t sleep as the sheets were damp, the toilet paper was wet and it was just a miserable stay. The manager said they were aware of the issue but it seems ownership doesn’t care as they have placed humidifiers in the hallways which did absolutely nothing. The manager did the best she could as she gave us a refund but until this issue is fixed we will not be staying here again and we have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express several times.”

“This hotel is under renovation. The rooms they are renting are not clean because they are old. The bathroom had mold/mildew in the shower and smelled like wet dog. I will give them another try once the renovation is complete.”

“First room I had had floor damage but they remedied it by moving me rooms for contractor to repair floor. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Overall not a bad place to stay.”

“The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. When booking the room, the hotel indicated the availability of electric vehicle charging stations, but upon arrival, we found that there were none. The hotel breakfast was very good.The……

“Not the worst place I've stayed, but far from the best for the price. We had 4 staying and only had 3 towels in the room. Asked front desk for a towel and were told they didn't have any and to find a cleaning lady. At the time we couldn't locate one of those either. The "warm" breakfast items were luke warm/cool. At least they had a microwave to warm the breakfast food up. Disappointed for the price we paid. I personally won't being staying here again.”

“The lady in the breakfast area was outstanding and worked very hard. The day shift host was very nice, the evening lady was grouchy, she checked us in.”

“The room was adequate , nothing fancy, but TV was difficult to get working, and no instructions. However, the breakfast was horrible, unless you're a big fan of honeybuns and yogurt for breakfast. Ugh.”

“There was a bedbug in the bed, and it bit me. I got rid of it and managed to sleep through the night; I think it was the only one. The room's carpet smelled like wet dog—they really should get rid of the carpet. But it wasn't a huge deal; it's a good place to crash when you're tired. The breakfast was excellent.”
