“This house has a known plumbing problem that was not disclosed. The sewage odor was nauseating and while we were in the house we had to keep all of the windows open. The company that owns the property acknowledged that they were aware that this was a known issue, but they did not do anything to address the issue. They did issue a partial refund after the fact.”
