There is a private pier for fishing or just soaking up the sunshine. The property is located on the Fort Morgan Peninsula away from the hustle and bustle of the main Gulf Shores tourist area yet close enough to visit all of the attractions if desired. The kitchen is equipped with appliances, cookware, and serving ware. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom in the main living area of the home. There is a bonus second full utility bathroom on the ground level that is perfect for rinsing off after the beach or to easily access while fishing off the dock. The house comfortably sleeps 6 guests. Primary bedroom has a king sized bed, guest room 1 has a full sized bed, and guest room 2 has two twin beds.
Closest Gulf beach access is about 1.5 miles away. Additional beach access points with paved parking 3.5-4.1 miles away. Ft Morgan historic site and beach are 8.6 miles away. Championship golf courses and fishing charters within 10 miles. The Village Hideaway Restaurant and shops at The Beach Club Resort are directly across Hwy 180 from the property (0.2 mile).

This property is located approximately 12 miles west of Hwy 59 on AL HWY 180 in Gulf Shores, Alabama.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

* Free guest parking - up to 3 vehicles on site.

* Amenities include free WiFi, 3 smart tv's (no cable/satellite), and fully equipped kitchen, outdoor deck, private pier.

* Linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.

* Guests receive a “single starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, one roll paper towels/toilet paper, and travel-sized soap per bathroom.
