PET FRIENDLY - Coastal Breeze is a two-bedroom, three-bath cottage located in the heart of Gulf Shores at Eastside Cottages. This property is located a block from the Gulf of Mexico and has deeded beach access. Coastal Breeze is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or shopping and has four balconies! Two overlook the pool and beach and two have views of Lake Shelby and the Gulf State Park.

One dog 15 lbs or less will be allowed in this unit. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know and there will be a $150, non-refundable pet fee added to your stay. If any additional cleaning is needed, this will be billed to your credit card.

• Access to the balcony from the living room and overlooks the pool and the beach

• Durable vinyl flooring throughout

• Beautiful kitchen that is fully equipped with everything that you will need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats six and there are two bar stools for additional seating.

• Stackable washer and dryer upstairs

• The living area has a sofa sleeper

• The primary bedroom has a queen-size bed with a TV and access to an upstairs balcony that overlooks the pool and the beach.

•The primary bathroom has a stand-up shower

• The second bedroom has a king-size bed and TV

• There is also a set of twin-sized bunk beds upstairs, each with its own TV. These bunk beds are perfect for children! *Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.

• Amenities: Air Conditioning, Big Screen TV, Coffee Maker, Covered Parking, Deeded Beach Access, Dishwasher, Free Parking, Ice Maker, Internet/ Wifi, Iron and Board, Heated & Cooled Outdoor Pool(Heated during Winter months & cooled during Summer months), Private Balcony, Refrigerator, Satellite/Cable, Washer/Dryer

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Great Spring Break destination
The property is beautiful and the location is great. We were within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Our kids loved the pool and we had lovely views from all four balconies. The check-in and check-out processes were very easy. We highly recommended this property.

Very nice house.
Beautiful beach house! I loved the large doors, balconies, covered parking. Plus, it was close enough to walk to the beach. Now we are talking about getting a walk in shower and those deck chairs. I would have to say the only down side was our bed was hard. We are used to our sleep number bed.

Beautiful condo in quiet area only 5 min walk to beach. Large kitchen with everything you need to cook meals. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Really enjoyed the three patios. You wont be disappointed with this condo. Chairs and cooler provided for our trips to the beach

We absolutely loved the property, the proximity to shopping and and restaurants was a huge time saver. We chose to drive and use paid parking for our beach visits, but you could walk to the beach from this property if you aren't carrying too much or have a cart/wagon. We will definitely be back to this location!

Phish Phamily at The Wharf
Came in for Memorial Day weekend and 3Day Phish run at the Wharf. This unit is literally walking distance to beach, many restaurants, liquor store, Surf style, etc. A 20 minute drive to The Wharf in OB made this a great location. The unit had some spills on the walls and coffee table, the deck furniture was pretty ragged, but otherwise a real decent place. Pool was in great shape and rarely busy. Would rent again.

Everything was perfect!
My family of four enjoyed our stay and everything was perfect. The cottage was clean and check in/out process was so easy. Location from the beach is a good little walk but we had no problem even carrying our beach items. The pool was right below and my kids loved it. There are a good bit of stairs so if you have a hard time with stairs I would not recommend this place, but other than that it’s great! We will be back for sure!

We needed a pet friendly place that was single family. The house is very nice, nicely furnished and equipped. Central to everything. Fees are a bit steep, combined almost twice the nightly rate. But it suited our needs on short notice.

great stay until the last day
property was very nice and pool was great. we had no problems until the last day of our stay when a wedding party took over units C and E and then completely took over the pool area boxing out other guests. Then on Friday evening they partied all night with loud music and singing into the early am hours waking everyone up. we ended vacating the property at 4:30 am because no one could sleep and they ignored the rules in the pool and didn't care about the other guests renting other units. It was very frustrating that units were rented to unresponsible people with no consideration of the other quests.

Beach house located near restaurants, shoppes and beach. All within walking distance . Beautiful rental with nice pool. However, we felt that the rental could have been a little cleaner. The baseboards needed to be cleaned, one shower needed attention to the grout being cleaned in bottom of shower, upstairs shower curtain hooks kept coming off shower rod and the loveseat in family room had several stains on it.

Beautiful beach house
Very nice house with beautiful interiors, well equipped kitchen, just like pictures, well maintained. The master bedroom with in suite bathroom has a queen bed, and the other bedroom has the king bed with bath across the hall. The beach is about 2 blocks away - easy walk, but no pathway to beach.

Great roomy home
We would stay here again. The high ceilings make the space feel larger than the pictures depict. Plenty of under house parking, 3 cars would fit. This is an individual building (no shared walls) that shares a pool with a few other identical homes. It is a few short blocks to walk to the beach. We liked being back off beach blvd to decrease traffic and noise. The home was beautifully decorated. My only suggestion for improvement would be better quality and more patio furniture. The hose outside was a bonus to wash of sandy feet. We even saw a bald eagle fly over headed to the State Park. Thank you for hosting my family.

Wonderful Stay Despite Sally!
Wonderful property. Very new and built to withstand a hurricane...which it did. Lost power and water though and had to leave three days early. Very nice furnishings and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, etc. Two blocks from the beach and 1/2 mile from the best seafood on the gulf. Used the washer and dryer several times. Property is nicer than the pictures. I would highly recommend this property.

Close enough to walk to everything. The place was perfect for adult family of 6. Pool was perfect and never had issues with sharing pool with neighbors. There was a charcoal grill available at this unit. Used it multiple times. Restaurants are very busy at night. Waits could be up to 2.5 hours for table with reduced seating capacity. Best to plan eating dinners at house and lunch out. Shorter waits for lunch. Beach was a short walk and had plenty of space to spread out. Bring extra garbage bags, laundry detergent/dryer sheets, paper towels, toilet paper and dishwasher detergent. There is a standard coffee maker using grounds. We brought empty ice trays to make additional ice for coolers for beach days. Fridge does have ice maker as well. There are fry pans to use but they are very worn. Overall, extremely impressed and a great place to stay.
