Your ideal Alabama beach retreat awaits at Phoenix IV 4032, a cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath Gulf-front condo offering 800 sq. ft. of comfort and sleeping accommodations for up to 4 guests. Warm décor, comfortable furnishings, and a fantastic beachfront location make this the perfect escape for couples or small families seeking a relaxing getaway.

The open floor plan features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. The primary bedroom offers direct access to the shared bathroom, which also opens to the hallway for added convenience. Step out onto your private Gulf-front balcony to savor morning coffee, evening wine, or simply enjoy the sound of the waves. Additional conveniences include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer to make your stay even more comfortable.

As a guest of Phoenix IV, you'll have access to outstanding resort-style amenities, including a beachside outdoor pool, indoor pool, tennis court, basketball goal, fitness center, hot tub, sauna, gazebo, grilling area, and a private boardwalk with direct access to the sugar-white sands. Phoenix IV also shares amenities with Buildings I–III, offering an extensive range of features to enhance your vacation experience.

Lovely stay! Clean and beautifully decorated. Same as pictured. VERY COMFORTABLE KING SIZE BED.Walls are a little thin between units, could hear neighbors moving furniture, etc. Only a problem if you're a light sleeper. Kitchen dishwasher didn't work great & two of four stove burners didn't work at all, but not a big deal for us since we didn't do a lot of cooking during our stay. Notified mngmt of the repairs needed at the end of our stay. Overall, a great comfortable place for vacation!

We had a enjoyable weekend. Great view and amenities. Two restaurants across the street, highly recommend Docs. Condo was clean upon arrival. We enjoyed our stay would definitely come back.

Great long weekend

Spent a few days recently at this condo. Beach was amazing, loved the view from the balcony. Watched the sun come up every morning. Great location, really enjoyed our stay!

Need “blackout curtain” in bedroom! Other than that, we found bed comfortable, unit as listed, good location for riding to and through Gulf Park. Enjoyed hot tub. Suggest during Nov-Feb keep couple cheap beach chairs in unit for beach use if Nice enough to sit out.

Everything was good except the dryer didn’t work right! I think the vent needed to be cleaned!? Pretty cheap on the one roll of toilet paper & paper towels provided! The bed was very firm for our taste! The view & beach were gorgeous!

Nice Condo and enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed the condo and the outside seating where you could see the beach and hear the waves. We spent a lot of time there. Obviously the white sand beach was wonderful and well kept. The pool was nice as well. The only downside was the bed in the master being too firm for our liking and too much lighting in the master due to the window facing the area by the elevators and no dark curtains to block it out. All other amenities were as outlined in the listing.

Location location location

This property has all that you would want for a Vrbo stay. Gorgeous views, a full nicely equipped kitchen, and a fantastic location! If I had to find one criticism, it’s not even really a criticism just a comment, the bed is not super comfy. Other than that everything was 100% as advertised. Steps from the beach. White sand, blue ocean, beautiful sunrises, just incredible. Sights and Sounds of the ocean from your balcony. Absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend.

Great condo! Needs a mattress topper

The condo was great--very nice furnishings, well-stocked kitchen, nice balcony, great location, very clean. The only thing I would note is that all the reviews about the bed are true--the mattress is VERY firm--I woke up sore in the mornings, which is not what you really want on vacation. I totally understand if the owners need a firm mattress--some people do--but a really easy fix would be to put a cushy mattress topper either on the bed or at least in the closet for guests to put on the bed if desired. Other than that, it's a great place and we enjoyed our stay!
