"I have three kids age of 15,12, and 9. The hotel looks like a mini figure theme park. Many things that kids can play with, such as moon bounce, kick boards that kids can use on the little track around the hotel, and mini soccer. Kids had fun there. The room that we rented were for six people and it was very spacious and clean."

As we were travelling in a group of 7 senior citizens, the service staff singly carried our luggage to the 2nd floor as there is no lift available. Worth to mentioned that each luggage weight not less than 17 kg. The surrounding is beautiful and serene, garden well maintained. "

The walls were very thin and we heard everything around us until 9:30pm (kids bedtime? kids were running above and next to us) and 6:30am (people moving furniture above us?) VERY LOUD. "All the staff members were kind and helpful but the facility is old and run down. There was dust everywhere in our room and bathroom looked as if the showers had mold. I think this is due to the fact the facility is old.
You're only given 1 key per room that key powers the room. So if you take the key out. All electricity turns off.
They charge 10,000 won per hour for a late checkout after 11am.
They provide 2 bottles of water each day but they don't provide full size towels in the bathroom....

"The property is a little hard to find since it sits behind Cutie Pie Hotel. To get to the property, you need to drive up the driveway to the right of Cutie Pie hotel. The hotel staff came to us in a car and we follow up to the property. To communicate with the staff, you would need Whatsapp. Overall they were very responsive to our requests. I will definitely come back again and highly recommend. I love the little touches such the water dispenser, drying closet, air fryer, microwave, washing machine and nespresso machine."
"The hotel is up-to-date and well maintained. Our room was comfortable and had nice bathroom and shower facilities. The room was outfitted with a small refrigerator, microwave, and Nespresso machineโbonus points for this nicety! Even though we were told the room would only be serviced once during our three-night stay, it was cleaned every day.
The hotel is on the north west end of Jeju, and the closest town is the charming yet unassuming village of Aewol. Itโs not exactly lively but suited us well.

"Instead of driving , we need to cancel our car and took a taxi for our first night accommodation. Elderly staff who look after the property help us to order dinner as there isnโt any thing to eat and no bus stop outside the property. For the very good price of one night and we are thankful that elderly help us to bring down our luggage (really need to learn to travel light ) "
"Very accommodating staff and beautiful location. Showed up a little early just to drop off our bags, but staff actually allowed us to check in before our scheduled check in time! Excellent service from the front desk. Staff left additional supplies and necessities at the door when we left our Do Not Disturb sign at the door as well. Definitely recommend. "
