“I originally did not want to stay at this hotel, it was our only option in Ha Thien. While the room was below average, the staff was what made experience horrible. We trusted the staff, specifically female receptionist, to get us a ferry to our next destination however, they made a mistake by not double checking and giving us the wrong ferry time. What made matters worse that they cannot own up to their mistake leaving my party and I stranded and scrambling to get to our next destination. We had……

“Staffs are courtesy. Amenities is okay. Bathroom exhaust fan is very noisy. The hot water should be opened half an hour in advance to ensure it’s ready.”

“Vi fick ett rum som inte var städat. Det var pälsmal över allt i rummet En död kackalacka låg utanför kylskåpet och vi hittade även en levande i rummet. Efter att på pekat detta så städade dem men vi hittade fortfarande en levande kackerlacka trots att dem säger att dem städat. Tillslut fick vi ett nytt rum som va bättre men det blev ingen sömn alls den enda natten vi spenderade där.”
