Best hotel to stay in Haikou

Though a tad far from town (about 30mins cab ride) the hotel is perfect, be it staff, rooms, breakfast, facilities. Cant find any fault

Lived up to the Ritz Carlton standard. I requested for a cake for my dad as we were celebrating his birthday during the trip. Instead of just providing a cake in our room, the Ritz Carlton team decorated the room while we were out. Only down side is that the hotel is located far from town. Ideal stay for guests who prefer an accommodation near the golf course, away from town. Impt note: the location indicated on hotel.com's map is inaccurate. Hotel is near Mission Hills Golf Course.

Beautiful Hotel with Professional Staff

Great hotel, excellent facilities and very professional and friendly staff, live up to the Ritz Carlton standard. It’s a wonderful place to chill with family and just enjoy the facilities. The food is good and the breakfast is excellent. Very well equipped gym, and kids room. It’s a bit quiet but for those who want to relax it’s a beautiful hotel. Other than movie world and a small shopping area, the surrounding areas are golf courses and other resorts.

客屋安靜舒適，面對觀瀾湖高爾夫一號黑石球場。有來回高球場的免費穿梭巴士服務。晚上睡前去20樓的型格酒吧叹一杯雞尾酒放松下對第二天的成績絕對有幫助的。

酒店服务还是很好的

开始第一天有些不愉快，但是后面酒店解决了，还为我们升级了服务。和爸爸去欢度圣诞，爸爸很开心。酒店旁边环境好，适合年纪大的人散步。他对行政酒廊安静的环境很满意，对门口吹风笛的外国人也很感兴趣。 Sabrina非常nice，酒店整体高级别一点的员工都很nice，行政酒廊的几个女生和尼泊尔男生也都很nice，可能有一些新员工需要经验吧，也正常的。 海口还是气候温暖宜人，生活悠闲的。如果下次去肯定还会住丽思卡尔顿的，价格也不贵。推荐推荐。
