"Overall property condition is pretty new and very clean, bathroom is a bit small but setup very creatively to maximize space utilization. Location is close to tram tracks, so can be a bit noisy. Room has a washer only, no dryer, limited hangers to dry clothes maybe provide a foldable drying rack so that guests can put it out on the balcony in the summer or in the room as the room is pretty spacious (we have kids so we have more clothes to wash) "
"Wonderful stay - so comfortable and welcoming and in a great location (we came by train). Would definitely return as we loved the city as much as the hotel. "
"This two-story home is so beautiful! It’s decorated in a modern, minimalist, somewhat Scandinavian style. I originally booked this place because I fell in love with the bathtub picture and thought that the extra space would be nice. "The hotel is located a short walk away from JR Hakodate, the bus station, and tram stops which made traveling to tourist attractions (such as Goryokaku, Old Public Hall of Hakodate Ward) super easy and convenient. In addition, it's next to Hakodate Morning Market Ekini Market. In terms of the hotel, our room had a washer and dryer which allowed us to do laundry. Furthermore, the public bath, and lounge offered a relaxing time and a great view of Hakodate, respectively. The only complaint would be that the AC/heater in our room was very loud so we had to turn it off. All in all we would stay here again. "
"We really enjoyed the hotel. Breakfast in both the regular buffet and Japanese meal were awesome, but the wait for the buffet was long. The hotel was in a great location for all sightseeing in the area. It would be nice to have recycling boxes in the rooms to collect paper and bottles. "
